rick's bio:
Rick began his career as a loan processor 12 years ago and has been a loan originator for 10 of those 12 years. He believes in giving homeowners the best programs and interest rates available at the current market value. Rick spends a lot of time educating his clients on their future homeownership and consulting homeowners to continue investing in real estate. He dedicates his service on making the process smooth from start to finish.
Rick spent 7 years in the retail side with companies like Countrywide and Wells Fargo Bank. He learned all lending guidelines working side by side with professional underwriters. This enabled him to find programs for homebuyers and make quicker decisions at time of pre-qualification. Rick has taken his experience and passed it on to all loan agents at Beachlending, helping hold the Beachlending record of 100% purchase transactions funded and all purchase escrows closing.
On his spare time, Rick likes to play his drums and congas. He plays basketball, soccer, and softball. He also likes to boogie board, snow board, and mountain bike ride.
